Booking Policies

Deposits

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• The deposit includes a $25 service deposit that will be applied toward your appointment total.

• The remaining $5 booking fee covers processing and administrative costs and is non-refundable.

• The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.

• If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.

Late Policy

Please arrive on time. A 10 minute grace period is allowed; after that your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice will lose their deposit and will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Full payment will be required to book any future service.
